Pricing Notes -Butterfield Cottage, Peak District

Tariff includes household linen,wi fi, power and initial supplies for the logburner.
\nArrival from 3pm,\u00a0 departure by 10am.
\nEarly or late checkout \u00a325 by arrangement (arrival at 1pm, departure by 12 noon).
\nDogs are welcome at \u00a330 each per stay.
\nShort breaks are welcome<\/p>\n

Booking Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Your Holiday Booking<\/em><\/strong>
\nWhen I issue the written holiday confirmation to you I enter into a contract with you, which is subject to these booking conditions. When your holiday confirmation is received the details should be checked and if they are incorrect you should let me know.<\/p>\n

2<\/strong> Paying for Your Holiday<\/em><\/strong>
\nA deposit of one third of the rental fee is payable if the booking is made more than 8 weeks before the holiday. The balance is due 7 weeks before the start of the holiday. Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date shall be construed as your cancellation of the contract.\u00a0 For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday, the total fee is payable immediately.\u00a0 All payments shall be made to the owner Mrs. J M Watkins at the address on the booking form by cheque or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

3<\/strong> Cancellation or Changes to Your Holiday<\/em><\/strong>
\nIf you need to cancel your holiday, you should write to me at the address on the booking form.\u00a0 I will try to\u00a0re let the cottage for the period of the booking.\u00a0 If I am successful in re letting the cottage for the whole period of the booking your money will be refunded less an administration fee of \u00a350 per week booked.<\/p>\n

Corona Virus – if there is a lockdown and you,by law, cannot stay at the cottage or i by law cannot let the cottage you will recieve a full refund.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

4<\/strong> Holiday Cottage Accommodation<\/em><\/strong>
\nYou can arrive at the cottage after 3 pm on the start day of your holiday and your leaving time will be 10 am on the last day. Early and late check in may be booked in the peak district subject to availability.<\/p>\n

You agree to keep the cottage clean and tidy and leave the cottage in good order as found.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for the costs of any breakages or damage in or to the cottage and payment will be required to cover these costs. You agree to secure the cottage when you are out and to notify the owner if you decided to depart early<\/p>\n

You are asked not to smoke in the cottage and must not allow more than the stated number of guests to be accommodated in the cottage, nor take a pet into the cottage unless prior arrangement has been made. For the comfort of future guests pets must remain on the ground floor and all pet hair must be removed before you depart.<\/p>\n

The owner must be allowed access at any reasonable time during your holiday. Any members of the party behaving in an offensive or unreasonable way will be asked to leave the cottage and must do so without refund.<\/p>\n

5<\/strong> Refuse Collection and Recycling.<\/em><\/strong>
\nYou agree to comply with the requirements of the local authority\u2019s refuse collection and recycling scheme, including placing material for collection in the appropriate receptacle and placing the receptacles out for collection on the appropriate day and returning the empty receptacles following collection. Full details of the scheme are displayed in the cottage.<\/p>\n

Due to collection schedules you may be dealing with previous guests rubbish and subsequent guests will be asked to take out your rubbish.<\/p>\n

6<\/strong> Complaints<\/em><\/strong>
